Oversized suite with floor to ceiling windows and a private entry. This suite is set up for a single cosmetologist but can easily be a shared suite. Equipped with a shampoo hair sink and chair, stylist chair and large mirror. This suite is completely changeable to make it your own.

Professional and polished, this spacious 148 sq ft suite allows for a full salon setup. It provides ample room for client comfort and your creative tools, making it one of our most popular mid-range options. This suite has a private entry at the rear parking area with a window. Each nail tech has a nail desk with dusk collector, wall shelves and private locking drawers. There is also a shared pedicure chair fully plumbed and ready to beautify your clients toes.

Designed for collaboration, this 188 sq ft double suite is the ultimate choice for business partners or teams wanting to share a cohesive, high-end studio with plenty of working room. This suite has a shampoo hair sink and chair, stylist hydraulic chairs, and large oversized wall mirrors. Is currently set up for two cosmetologist but could easily accommodate three professionals or be set up for a single professional who is looking for a large open space. Also this space has a separate hand washing sink.
